Medication field

Many people concerned with their mental environment take medications for such (or, they’re just trying to quit smoking or stop drinking pop).
Letting people define a med, or simply having something like “Drug A” “Drug B” (so the user knows what it is, but it does not pose any legal or other issues for the site) would let them track the relationship between psychoactive substances (nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, prozac, etc) and their moods, stress, etc. These are often larger determinants than sleep, etc.

Also, I don’t know exactly how you’d want to graph this: I would suggest placing the maximum and minimum values of the user-entered data a small space away from the limit of the graph.

If multiple updates a day were possible, then the time of taking drugs (prescribed or not) would be definitely a useful thing to include in these charts.
Until/unless that happens, something like a note field for each day would probably work. You could note to yourself that, say, one pill was taken two hours later than it was supposed to be taken.. or note that you felt like having more cigarettes in a day… or that any other thing that might affect mood or sleep.
So, I don’t really support or oppose this, because I see a few ways we can keep track of a thing like this. I’m going to make sure I voted for the note one, because this is another great way to make use of that idea.
