Yes/No function

There are many aspects of our emotional lives that are easier to just enter as yes/no rather than scale—after all, the point is to KEEP USING the service and not be subtly deterred by having to quantify something like a mood. So, for things like “daily goals accomplished” or (if you have a variant of bipolar disorder) “mixed episode”, it is yes or no. Once this option is up I can think of a lot of entries people might want.
It could simply appear as all values (i.e. 1-10, a vertical line) on the graph.

This needs to be explained more. The idea is to quantify your daily life, and measure each metric. If it’s dumbed down (for the lack of a better word), then how would graphs get generated, and how would we measure it?
I do think that it would be nice if there’s a description of the value between 1 and 5, 5 and 10. To have everyone on the same page.

A simple solution would be to drag the bar to 1 for no or to 10 for yes.
